Four faces represent the races and the fifth, the merging of the races. As we look at the world, we see it through a veil of race, culture, and tradition. As the world looks at us, it also sees through a veil: the halo of color is apparent, but as one focuses on the outer apparent vision, do we see the real person? The deeper spirit, that has no color, is obscured behind the veil.
